Events?

On the world builder action sheet for world builder it says,for scout action roll for event but in the book it says under scout,you may have a chance for event, roll first for chance.Do we roll every time for an event chance or is there times when you must always roll for an event without rolling for a chance of event?Thank you so much,these games have brought me so much joy.The new world builder is genius,amazing what you can do,thanks again

Hi there, after a scout action, you check to see if an event occurs based on population. The modifiers for an event occurring are at the bottom of table (WB) T and on the map key.

@neklord007 no not quite, in the example of the scout action, yes do check for an event, with that pop check. The Action's Sheet at the back of the book is misleading and will get an updated in the next wave of corrections. However, unless it states to make that pop check in the book itself, the event will happen and you roll on table (WB) E. Hope this helps and isn't just confusing.

Do we have to roll for an event chance? Do some events happen automatically like a satanic or religious day?
